Little White Lie
Everyone you'll ever meet
Will tend to tell a lie
Honesty is just a convenient truth
For whatever purpose is nigh
Even when we meet someone
We always have something to hide
We show them what they want to see
And not what's really inside
Deception is just another word
That some can't comprehend
They say that if it doesn't hurt you
Then how can it offend
A little white lie is still a lie
No matter the color or size
So be yourself whoever you meet
For a lie is just a disguise
