Little soldier across the sea
Thank you for protecting lil ol me
Giving what you can, to protect the dream
I hold you in honor, little soldier across the sea
Over the Atlantic, waving the flag
With great anticipation, hoping to bring you back
We're all working hard to put this peace into motion
To bring you back from across the ocean
We send you our love from across the states
God bring them home safe from across the waves
Little soldier, surrounded by bombs
Defending the hardworking father and single moms
In esteem honor, in light of all you give
To see that the dream of our freedoms continue to live
Thank you for serving your duty, the way you're commanded
To protecting the freedoms so many take for granted
Dear little soldier, our prayers we send
May it bring you comfort, bring you strength, and the courage to defend
Little soldier from afar, lighting a fire
In the hearts of patriots back home, you really inspire
Willing to stand, with so much pride
All to make sure the American dream doesn't die
Because of you, we continue to fly free
Thank you for all you do, little soldier across the sea
