Little One

Little one, with such tiny hands, and tiny feet,
held in my loving arms, where are eyes, will then meet.
Holding onto my finger, with a little grasp; you began, to smile,
this is close, to pure happiness, I have, extremely been, in a while.

Little one, with this moment, and at this, very time,
remembering you for how beautiful, during this, initial prime.
Soon you will grow up, and soon all, will come to past,
still you, be my little one, my love, for you, will last.
