Little Mosquito

Little mosquito around my head
How I wish that you were dead
Buzzing around my head at night
You have given me an awful fright.

I see you not but I can hear
Because you’re flying near my ear
How can one so small make such a din
Then you shove your proboscis in.

Well I hope you enjoy your bloody meal
It’s fine for you but how do I feel
You come and assault me in my bed
Caused me to hit myself in the head.

Come morning I’ll be black and blue
Though it means not a thing to you
You’d most likely laugh and scoff
But how I wish you’d bugger off!

Hello Paul Andrews :-) Your well enjoyed poem Little Mosquito reminds me of an ugly poet his name is Garish. Have a wonderful weekend, hopefully without hearing that mosquito :-) Best regards ~ AA
