Little Moments

Little moments are happy things
Sunny warm summers on swift moving swings
Worms on the driveway after the rain
A foggy window to write my name
Mommy's smile, Daddy's laugh
Popping the bubbles in my bath
Watching a bird building a nest
All by my big-self, I got dressed
Firework displays and bright Christmas lights
Family room camp outs and clear starry nights
Wearing fuzzy fleece pj's and super-soft slippers
Tying my laces and zipping my zippers
Sledding in snow and skipping in Spring
Little moments are happy things
