Little Girl
Little girl on her daddy's knee
looking up, into her hero's face
baby eyes, seeing massive strength
smiling small, knowing she is safe
little girl, in her daddy's arms
flying high, soaring in the sky
waving at birds, giggling madly
falling into hands, knowing she is safe
little girl, daddy tucking her in
yawning softly, closing baby eyes
snuggling deep, imagining a new day
sleeping soundly, knowing she is safe
