Little For Awhile
They only stay little for just awhile
Everything new learned brings a smile
Their laughs and cries
Their hugs and kisses
These are the moments that all parents misses
Holding those little hands and kissing those precious cheeks
Remembering the struggle of putting shoes on those little feet
The messy house and the pile of dirty clothes
The vast amount of cereal and milk left sitting in the bowls
My oh my do they grow up fast
So make every minute of their childhood last.
