Little Child Wipe Those Tears and Sing
Little child, you do not know it now but you will someday.
You are fine, fantastic, and fabulous in every way!
You are creative and smart, and you have a great mind.
Some day to this family you will no longer bind.
So wipe those tears and sing your song.
Be the one you were meant to be all along.
God and His angels are watching on high.
Stop your sorrow; they do not like you to cry.
Little child, you have ideas that prance along well.
To live your own way does not mean you will go to hell.
If people are scaring you, listen to your inner soul.
Dancing to your own ideals is our uttermost goal.
So wipe those tears and sing your song.
Be the one you were meant to be all along.
God and His angels are watching on high.
Stop your sorrow; they do not like you to cry.
Little child, you are humble and kind, and empathetic too.
As a vessel of information and communication, God is using you.
With a zing and a zag you can whirl and twirl your truth.
You are as giving and selfless as the Biblical Ruth.
So wipe those tears and sing your song.
Be the one you were meant to be all along.
