Little Bluebird

"Mama," cried the Bluebird "now why must you leave? I miss the way your wings flapped in the gentle breeze" "Mama," cried the Bluebird "now why did you go? The joy that once surrounded me has turned but into woe" Little Bluebird cried he wept, he sobbed, he wailed "Mama, I need you now" his words were of no avail One day turned into two and then into a week Little Bluebird sat alone for his life felt obsolete "Mama, I wish that you could be as bad as bad can be then maybe as I sit here I could feel complete" "Mama, if I could I'd make us never meet then maybe the grief I feel would never come to be"
