Little Birde

Tweet Tweet little birde,
sings in a tree.
If you're singing of love,
sing one for me.
This all about trust,
the chasm too deep.
Tweet tweet little birde,
sing one for me.

Sweet sweet little birde,
sings in a tree.
If you're singing about love,
sing long and sweet.
I say, all in again,
You say, wait please.
I think it's You,
and you know, it's Me.
We've both had enough,
on that We agree.
Sweet sweet little birde
sing on for me.


Now You and I,
we're not meant to be.
I'll remember you fondly,
You say, wait and see.
Tweet tweet little birde,
Sing love songs for Me.
