Listen! Can you hear?
The gentle fall of every tear.
When you quiet your busy mind
Can you hear the turning tide ?
When you start to fall asleep,
Can you hear the children weep?
When you enter the world of dreams
Do you hear the rippling streams?,
Is your drifting mind bemused,
Or in your dreams are you confused?
Are the words so eloquently spoken
To keep your fragile heart unbroken?
Listen! Listen! Can you hear?
Angels whisper in your ear.
