No one can hear me
I shout with my loudest voice
Only a whisper

They do hear you, but they're only waiting for their turn to speak. Sometimes you can almost feel them waiting for you to finish your thought and the millisecond you do, in they chime with their amazing insights into how much they enjoy the sound of their own voice. As you so aptly put it, they just don't listen...Excellent poem, loved every word.
