Liquid State

LIQUID STATE

numb brain cauterised
thoughts melt liquidised

goodbye gentle globe
may you never again
drown in snow
all will miss 
the elegance 
of your despair
no more howling
like ovens or
crying out
prayers

 numb brain cauterised
 thoughts melt liquidised

vainglorious 
heart hanging
 death draining
where the sky
feels more
remote
than the
realms of ageing
dreams

the staircase to ultimate bliss
is now flowing  out of
state commission

what else can I say as
blue armies draw closer
and life pulsates like a
tadpole in my brains
liquid state
