Lingering Solitude

Seen you now, hadn't then. I felt your soul, want to again A bystander, I was; A naive shyness. Seen your hope, Seen your love Cherishing nature, a torn dove Your insidious laughter, smile, and torture. A sentient heart, yet halo hued, Reckoned with altruistic intentions a dope. Walking the sands of time, a debut Imbibing your lingering solitude Realizing the love of thy gratitude Be a dream, be unreal. A naive shyness, cannot bare, A love so sincere, so true, Does thee deserve thy heart of kindness?
