Lilies

Producing rhythmic sounds, the rain
refreshes heart and soul again.

Refreshed by rain the lilies bloom
and scent the air with rich perfume.

In blooming colour so divine
they share their joy and brightly shine.

I'll say goodbye to winter's pain.
Avast, away with winter's gloom!
I'll let the lilies' joy be mine.
