Like Everyone Else

I'm no different from everybody else, I feel just like they do, I keep some stuff within my heart, and let it out when I need to, I cry when I can't keep it in, and I just let everything go, I smile at the end of the day, Just to make me feel at home, I run when I need to get away, and I hide when I don't stay, I am scared of the things that will happen, So I try not to make a mistake, I feel like I am going back and forth, Don't know which way to take, I'm lost and I just want to find a way, A way just to be myself, When I finally get to where I've been, I'll just open up and stay, Then I'll feel like no one ever will, Because I've found my own way, The path I have chosen to take, Will be my own unique path, What this journey has taught me, Is that I'm not like everyone else, That I myself am different, and that I don't have to change
