Like Deep Waters

My mind flows like a river
A river that's deep and wide
Its cold touch gives me shivers
On its rough-currents, I ride

What lurks beneath deep waters?
What dark secrets do they hide?
The unknown gives me shivers
Shivers send pain to my side

I dived into the waters
Pain increasing in my side
The deep waters grew darker
What dark secrets do they hide?
