didn't we know from the 'get go'
that we didn't know nothing?
And searching for a meaning when
it's seemingly impossible
is not a task taken lightly.
living free is simply
implausible
another impossible structure
to build?
Once
when I could have killed for a cider
I'm glad that I sat down beside her,
the spider showed me
as indeed it showed Bruce
the truth.
Persevering to preserve and hold on
to those things that we long for
is not wrong
it's just human
and I can
understand that now.
