LIGHT THAT LIGHTS ALL LIGHTS
LIGHT THAT LIGHTS ALL LIGHTS
There must be a certain brilliance
A glare that matches an atom split
That leaves even the brightest sun
Shamed in shadow, just set to stun
Yet it really exists, I am sure of it
The potential for blinding millions
Or it’s an analogy for understanding
That sudden flash of full realisation
That light when one may finally know
Perhaps resting in a bright afterglow
As almost an everlasting illumination
Only those who see are left standing
Perhaps for some, it is an inspiration
When meaning finally becomes clear
Seen by the light that lights all lights
Grey shadows now lit by bright whites
It leaves lasting joy, dispelling all fear
Now all part of a larger convocation
