Light Mark

If you want the truth
You’d better look within
If you want to see
You’d better touch your skin

If you want the cure
Remind yourself why you can smile
If you do not know
You’d better sit and think a while

There is nothing here
But you must find yourself
Reasons for, reasons why it’s not so clear
There is nothing wrong
But you must ask yourself
Am I feeling sad, lonesome, glad or is it just my fear?

If you want to feel
Remember why you’re still alive
If you still exist
You’d know that time is a lie

We are just the physical reflection of our dreams
We manifest, look up in awe and forget why we see
This is a test, are we worthy lights?
Cast out of streams and thrown into the night
Look deep inside; you’ll see you know the truth
Subconscious being will formulate the proof
Within the darkness, sight will fade away
But using our minds, we can create the way
So let’s light it up, stand and fight the dark
Before we die and our light can’t disembark
Let’s make a mark
