Light In the Dark

A rusty water drop fell from the height Iron clad in ruddled teardrop lying Near by an albino pigeon takes flight As cats prowl on their beat with eyes prying Winging as a messenger thru the night A cold moonlight shines in the lone darkness The quiet is distilled in my heart bereft in solitude My love absent, my mirrored image my only company
