Light Brightens the Horizon

J-ust let March thirtieth
O-pen the early Thursday;
J-oyful break of morn
O-bliterates the blue and gray.

F-rom dawn till twilight,
L-et the red beacon shine;
O-nce the night is gone,
R-ising sun meets the skyline.
E-vening raindrops disappear into the deepest oblivion;
S-hadows have vanished, light brightens the horizon.
