Light and Lore
Open the door ajar,
And let it go so far.
As far as eyes can see,
As far as light can be.
Open the door ajar,
So light can go so far!
As far as lore can go,
And soar so high and low.
So much for us to learn,
And midnight oil to burn.
This is a price to pay,
And have some time to play.
Success and toil go well.
So well we all can tell.
Open the door so far,
And twinkle like a star!
