Life's Mystery

Waiting to see what tomorrow's arrival brings,

Feeling like a puppet with no strings.

Having control of one's life is only an illusion,

It is no more than a weak mind's confusion.

Life cannot be controlled, only lived.

One does not know where the current is headed, we can only drift.

The path of life is uncertain and mysterious,

He who believes to fully comphrehend it is simply delirious.

We cannot understand where life begins and where it ends,

We do not know if life death itself transcends.

Life is a puzzle which we may never solve,

The mystery of being born only to have our bodies dissolve.
