I crave for them through sprays of light
To see the vignettes in my mind
Their warm love hugs me day or night
Inside a chalet large and bright
I relive heart’s joys so entwined

My grandma's laughter soft and sprite
My grandpa's face, firm yet kind
Their warm love hugs me day or night
Those bedtime stories fill my sight
Hide-and- seek thrills, now hard to find
I crave for them through sprays of light
We pluck sweet fruits with all our might
Till weak trees fade with old age grind
Their warm love hugs me day or night
These souvenirs of life’s blessed flight
Finds me clinging to years all signed
