Lifes Endless Shore

Before you I stood lonely
Cast upon the sea
Lost within my tangled thoughts
Of how this life should be

Drawn to the darkside
Where a man can meet his shame
Aching for the change he seeks
Not accepting of the blame

Destroying hope within myself
Losing all my pride
Drowning in the liquors tide
Whose waves I can't subside

Calling out on others
To help me ease the pain
If one night was not enough
I'd do it all again

So with my hope all but gone
From someone that I knew
A blessing from my past came forth
It's then that I found you

From a friend into a lover
And now you're so much more
Fate has guided our souls here
To share lifes endless shore
