Lifes Been Real Good

Life's been real good
Didn't grow up in the hood
Didn't wish I would
Always knew
What I wanted to do
I would
Life' been real good
Pulling me through
Challenges
Family and my crew
Couple things I wish they knew
But that's just how it goes its all cool
It was right after school
I realized
My life is mine
No time
To go back
I'm just fine
Living life in my prime
Protection and service
Ain't about the power or dime
Controversy bound to root from my rhyme
Because I'll tell you the U.S. government
Is way outta line
But we keep on the shine
Life's been real good
And you know I'm just fine
