Life Undone

Watching leaves blow in the wind
caught by tall grass reeds
clutching tightly to the sprays
fulfilling natures needs

Making homes, inviting those
that need a place to stay
Protecting them from winter snows
until a warm spring day

Helping shelter from the rains
keeping them alive
Protected from the noon day sun
insuring most survive.....
