Life So Hectic

Life, so hectic, with time we tread, 
Against the clock, we race;
Sometimes behind, sometimes ahead, 
We struggle to keep pace.

We live in fast forward, 
And end up disordered, 
Like a puzzle crossword.

So pathetic,
Life, so hectic.
