Life Path Clock

Always pins and needles underneath my toes,
where,oh where should I go?
Ticks on my life path clock,
Tell me Time where do you tock?

Always i push it all away,
Act abruptly and out so loud.
With an ego I pretend to be so proud.
Tell me pride where do you cry?

I shake my thoughts like salt,
then out i sneeze pepper.
Rub my hands on my face in ache,
Try to see the truth and appreciate.

Time was on my side,
but I tumbled behind.
I'm running as fast as the rewind,
to find a place to hide.

Worries turn into broken glass
They crash and cut gashes.
Always pins and needles underneath my toes
Wondering where I'm expexted to go.

Ticks on my life path clock,
Tell me time where do you tock?
I'm stuck in a rut of the same strut,
I've been living with my eyes stuck shut.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
