Life of a Party
Mingling together in the afternoon,
each acting like a buffoon.
Laughter ringing through the air
like a group of kids at a fair.
Chatting away like there's no tomorrow.
In here there's no room for sorrow.
Taking the day for what we can
and to each other being a fan.
Even though this all ends,
the best part is we're all friends.
