Life Is Worth Living Out Loud

I wrote this today for its about my friends and family gave me confidence and hope. That's why I am still alive today.

Life Is Worth Living Out Loud
by Melanie D Palmer

Did you hear me scream?
I love life so much now.
Want me to tell you why?
Or even better yet, how?

I used to give up in life.
Didn't realize, all I had to do,
Is believe in myself, have hope,
Reach for the stars, too.

My friends made me realize,
I had to take a chance at my dream.
Thanks to them, that is the reason,
I want to yell and scream.

So, if you feel, like I sometimes do,
Take a look in that mirror and say,
Life is worth living to me,
Because I refused, to give up today.
