Life Is Not Like the Movies
Life is not like the movies
Where there is always some type of plastic beauty
In every scene,
And you dont always get your dreams to come true
and some fantasy prince to fall desperately in love with you
Life is not like the movies where everyone acts likes everything is groovy,
As people at random burst in to a song
getting a giant crowd to sing and dance along,
Life is not like the movies
where there is a bad guy, good guy or some type of Villain or superhero,
There is no true scene from the movies that is like real life,
or some fancy wedding scene where they are pronounced man and wife,
No life is not like the movies
Where you get all you ever dreamed
Instead there are some days where there are no rainbows after the storm, and some days you feel you cant perform lifes tasks
Life isn't like the movies where there is a script where it masks who you are,
Life is filled with everything real that movies cant feel,
Even though we long for things to be like the movies on days we
dont see lifes true beauty, or just because we long for some hero in our life, and the movies comfort that pain and strife,
Still Life will never be like the movies.
