Life Is Not a Fairy Tale
At first, you were delighted
At first, you were enchanted
And then, you started
To take me for granted
At the beginning, I thought you were adoring
There were signs which I was ignoring
I got tired of your roaring
And now, I simply find you boring
Unfortunately, we did not live happily ever after
We stopped talking and our lives began to alter
There were no more understanding, joy and laughter
Our living together became a recipe for disaster
Everyone must be aware
That fairy tales are very rare
Life can be often very unfair
But this is not reason for despair
