The embers cause the fire to glow
with a rhythmic sound of popping logs
a beautiful dream becomes reality
when you appear here with me.
Silence is heard with the blowing wind
as many trees dance back and forth
this precious moment I re-joice
when I get to hear your lovely voice.
Capturing the essence of this time
as warm rain drops begin to fall
this precious moment I have with you
writing my feelings that are so true.
Feeling the warmth through your embrace
just a single kiss from your sweet lips
a precious moment assuring our love is true
my heart is beating its love just for you.
Life Is Grand as is our love
a special gift given from greater heights
whispering softly into your ear
I want you forever my precious dear.
Being held tightly within your arms
I know you'll catch me if I fall
I have fallen girl and its sweet
I know you will keep me upon my feet...
