Life In Limbo
Color fades by daybreak
welcoming the dawn
euphoric daydreams
to ponder on
translucent is the sunset
bearing life to city streams
carved into the pavement
allured it's parting gleams
secured inside its natal womb
humility will serve
breaking the monotony
the stairway starts to swerve
with ever elusive passages
dwelling deep inside grounds depth
mystery awakening darkness
upon capricious breadth
