Life : In Deepest Thought

Dark clouds circle me like sharks 
As the storms prepare to strike 
I lay vulnerable awaiting the sparks
Awaiting for one last fight  
And my courage pulls up and parks 
Then suddenly this all seems like spite 
Life greeting me like that, with a knife and fork 

Life seems barren, it must be a dungeon 
And the after-life, a force fed fantasy 
Pulling me down as I hang on to religion 
Refusing the whole live and die mentality 
As being truly alive fuels my rebellion
And I watch as sociality slaughters Humanity,
I watch as morality falls in its legions
