Life In Darkness
Life without light is what they call blind
Forever in darkness I am completely confined
Quite the opposite, I ask you to ponder
Now I can enjoy the others gifts in all their wonder
Intoxicating aromas with every sweet breath
Brings back memories from my hearts deepest depths
Each bite so decadent in taste and flavor
Tears spring to my eyes, I can't help but savor
Any simple touch is wonderfully sublime
Including your kiss that is forever mine
Life has no limit, there is no cage
Only look closer, black has infinite shades
