Life Goes On
A smile
so faint
barely taking up space
a spot on the open road
it's funny how life goes
the things that once meant something
aren't worth fighting for anything
emptiness in side of heart
the same as my bed
but life goes on
things change
and things stay the same
another day
another chance
to make change
