Life Cycles - When You Enter the World

     ~ When you --

      enter the world
        you’re born

      get your first haircut
        you’re shorn

are dumped by your love interest
        you’re forlorn

     get three job offers
        you’re torn

     lose your cool
        you’re scorned

are asked to keep a secret
        you’re sworn

     play with fire
        you’re warned

     pass on from this world
        you’re mourned

Your masterful monorhyme maps out the universal highs and lows of human existence. By framing major milestones through a sharp and repetitive structure, it delivers an engaging, rhythmically satisfying reflection on the cycles of life. Beautiful!
