Life After
There's words coming to mind
Of times left behind
Living through a broken heart
Trying for a new start
Left behind are the tears
The fears
Tomorrow is calling my name
No one's to blame
But still the same
Can't heal a broken heart
When broken apart
You can only face tommorow
Hold dear, your sorrow
Mistakes have been made
But memories won't fade
Fresh in mind
I still find
A hand reaching for empty air
Crying about it not being fair
Thinking you can't go on no more
Falling to the floor
But time does go on with each new day
Startting life a new way
Going on after all was lost
Was life worth the cost
But still here you are
Proudly Carrying that scar
Still in the fight
Still seeking to stay in the light
Way to go
