Life

Everything in life has a purpose
From a single atom to a flying bee.
Even the leaves that hang onto trees.
The elements of life are meant to be.

Life is full of surprises
But not all surprises are exciting.
Lose a friend or family
When you least expect it.
Provokes you to make adjustments,
When you least expect it.

Perhaps you had an upsetting week,
And the sparkle in your eye has passed by.
The time to plan has eluded you
Drop everything and start again,
It's vital that you have a plan.

The events of life are erratic
So, every moment has got to matter.
Don’t focus on your mistakes
Move on and control your pace.
Make the most of every day.
