Life
Life is more than living and dying,
Surely more than sadness and crying!
Life is more than wearisome sighing
Even more than working and trying.
Life is a share in perpetuation
Meant to be spent in great jubilation
Joy to savor each new sensation
Life, our portion of God’s creation.
