Lies Come Out At Night

Lies Come Out at Night
There ain't nothing changing tonight
We're living in a world of lies
Running down the wrong streets
Don't you know this affects me?

Dying alone doesn't seem so bad
If you've known you never had a chance
Leaving for my sake?
You must have known, that would be bad

The trains go by, shaking the streets
Saying nothing, not even to save me
It might have been easier to walk beside the tracks
Then to take my life and hide it

To have a dream, and destroy it
To live a life to toy with
Doesn't seem very fair
Sorry I'm recording it

I showed your life around
To the favorite people in town
They don't understand what they see
But only the lies and deceit.
