LIBERTY
I don’t have any time for hatred
I don’t have any time for pain
I don’t have time to just be
Caught up on a silly game
I only have the time
To love you
I only have the time to care
Even though you all reject me
I am simply waiting there
In a land where no one wants me
Believe me I can see why
But know it’s not all my fault
People just won’t let me try
I need to tell somebody
What they’ve done to me
Then I know you’d understand
And help to set me free
For I live in a dungeon
Tortured everyday
They found they could all profit
By taking my life away
If you read this poem
And you know who I am
Then help me overcome this
And keep protecting man.
