Liberalism of Chief Manager I Knew

Many times I entered a bank's gate.
I find descriptions of liberalism trait.
In every bank every customer go straight 
But there customers enters and make their direction change.
Something is special in the corner of bank's office. 
However after a long time even I noticed. 
Can you Guess what is that ?
I will tell , that corner is chief manager's cabin.
That cabin can save the sinking ship of titanic.
Chief authority sits on quite comfortable chair.
But his working style is always fair.
Looks intelligent and sincere profile.
However smiling at a glance is positive style.
Laptop is always placed in front of eyes, 
The table corner is surrounded by files ,
Sometimes he speaks in a innocent voice,
Where is that file ..bring it I am not able to find.
Never orders in attitude, 
To his employees always shows gratitude.
Sometimes issues happens like Tom and zerry ,
But he speaks like milk dairy ,
He can resolve his customers issues  in a single voice.
That's why for every customer that corner is the first choice.
Every corner of office he has to operate...
Being a supreme authority more he cooperate, 
His instructions seems like polite discussions. 
And discussions seems like friendly talk,
That's the reason he is favourite of his staff. 
With a smile every work he handles 
Everyday he becomes more gentle.
He even smile and show innocence even at complaints .
He is branch head with different liberalism traits
He arrives early and leave at last.
Than also he says it's easy task..
Every customer is welcomed but poets are welcomed with smile from the gate.
They are given special privileges , they don't need to wait.
Poets and writers are always considered,  even if according to bank hours they are late.
Once a poet got pleased with such qualities of branch head.
That's the reason that poet made him the topic of her Pen.
