Letting It All Out and About

It's all inside heating up steam hell-bent anger wanting to explode this is all so wrong takes one over one press just like any old download What causes this human disruption? for it to reveal itself like a bomb gaining victory's hope looks gone so frustrating makes one storm Over all the years speaking so hard at school left alone not a word no conversation makes one angst looking above wish was a bird Then I could have flown away but here I was filled full of fear why can't I speak like other folks? rising inside anger in a tear The anger needs released and freed so give oneself a chance to speak still difficult but able to accept life show all this guy is no freak! (My thoughts on anger are hidden within having stammered all my life but later let it out and felt better for it. )

Oh Gordon your poem truly touched my heart and made me emotional. I cant even imagine how hard ,lonely and frustrated you must have felt/feel especially as a child. Releasing your anger positively is a necessity and such a needed release. Love the realness and honesty of this beautiful ,straight from the heart poem! Debx

This brings me to mind of a country western singer who stammered but could sing with no problem. Forget his name now for he has been dead many years he was also a good comedian. He turned his problem into an advantage. Gordon you are a wonderful friend and an intelligent man. I enjoy conversing with you although it's through email. You are a good Christian man and I feel enriched by your friendship. Don't let the devil make you feel less than you really are. God loves you and so do I. JB

A Fine poem Gordon, and I can only begin to understand your anger and frustration over not being able to say what you want to say, when you want to say it. I am glad you can let the anger out in your poems. A talented poet as yourself has a second voice to fall back on, by way of your poetry. Thanks for sharing . Best wishes from SV
