Letting Go of Love's Pain
L earning from trials, i gaze as stars blink
E nthralled by evening, a world draped in pink
T o rid betrayal, to embrace self-worth;
T ranslucent now as the whirl of a moth
I nspired by hope’s ray ...gleaming there for me.
N ew the pathway which cleanses old debris
G ently, gently the moon shimmers inside
G racefully flowing through crowned eventide,
O ff to marvel at life’s splendor with pride.
And as breaths wake from daybreak’s heady scent
Relishing journeys on my free-winged flight;
Until dreams transform into cherished intent
This magical quest is mine, a joyous rite!
in time’s afterglow
seasons bring me home again...
renewing life’s grace
