Letting Go

In this story, the world can’t end
Within this place, I cannot comprehend
The things I’ve lost for what I found
God only knows what else will come around

It’s every second for the faith I’ve gained
It’s every reason for why I leave my blame
It’s every feeling that I’ve yet to write
It’s one more story for every single sight

In this wisdom, there’s nothing wrong
The balance comes as nature sings its song
But in this body, I still can not deny
That what comes next just makes me want to hide

It’s every distance for things I still can’t see
I gather hope and hold on to my beliefs
It’s every circle that has spun the web
But, to be free, I close my eyes and take a step

For every silence that escaped my sound
I learnt to look and find my ground
For every dream that has escaped my wake
I just look forward and make the best of my mistakes
