Letter to my Wife

I'm writing you a letter
I know not where to send,
so many things to tell you,
since life for you did end.

I'm sure you know I miss you,
my life alone to learn,
must deal now with this heartache,
of life's tragic turn.

We made a child together
the apple of your eye,
by chance, that you can see him,
that thought still makes me cry.

Near decade long, your passing,
no choice but carry on,
a daunting task believe me
each day that you've been gone.

Would like to end this letter
in a happier sort of way,
just know this,
my precious wife,
I miss you every day!

Sweet, Mark. I can't even imagine how hard it must be for you.

Thank you Gershon! Her passing started me posting to this site. Writing helped me dealing with the sometimes, overwhelming grief! My first post (Heaven Took My Angel)

Touching, sad, and a nice tribute.
